I used this to make gingerbread men by simply swapping the cinnamon for Ginger- Yum, Yum, my 2 year old loves them!

I'm really confused by this recipe as you say to add the cinnamon and sugar to make the dough, but then you say to roll the dough in a cinammon and sugar mixture. Which is it?

aded half the amount of cinnamon as we couldn't taste the honey the first time we made them. I also had to increase the cooking time by about 4-5 mins but these are a firm favourite in our house and friends often request that we make them too.

Excellent! Love them, thank you! I added a little less cinnamon to recipe and left sugar & cinnamon off at the last, but mine were crispy and delicious. Mmmmmm

think this seceipie is incorrect, followed this stage by stage then it tells you to roll balled mixture in the sugar and cinnemon ,which has already been added to the flour mix as it states and the suar has already been beaten into the suar
