  • 200g chicken, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 sweet pepper, orange and yellow color, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • tomatoes
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 5 black olive, half-cut
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 5 tbsp olive oil


    1. First, cut several kinds of vegetables and lay them on a heat-resistant dish.
    2. Then sit some small pieces of chicken on top of the vegetables and put some fresh leaves of mint and thyme.
    3. Sprinkle olive oil, salt, and black pepper on them. By roasting it for 40 mins in 180C, you will find gorgeous Mediterranean-style roast chicken and vegetables.
