We love this dish! I make it regularly as a mid-week meal because it's so quick and easy, but it's also delicious enough to serve when guests come over.

Good recipe but the chicken wasn't cooked after the suggested cooking time. Had to put the chicken in the microwave. Added more stock as well because the liquid evaporated as it simmered. Sweet potato mash was lush though

Tried this last night, an instant hit, with me and my husband, and, to my surprise, our fussy 5 year old and our 8 month old (who went back for thirds!!!). I found the sauce hadn't thickened by the time I was ready to slice the chicken, but I just turned the heat up while I was getting the potato and chicken served up, and by the time I was ready to add it to the plates, it had turned more syrupy. The flavours were gorgeous together. I will certainly be making this again!

This was amazing, my husband wasn't keen on the amount of cumin so I may reduce it next time but I will definitely make it again. I left the oil out of the mash as I didn't think it needed it.

Easy and very delicious! Wasn't sure about the olives, but it gives the dish that exstra dimension against the sweet potato and rich sauce. Love it, will make again and again!

I made this for the first time today and loved the flavours. It's the most delicious meal I've tasted for ages. I didn't use olives as it's not possible to buy them fresh where I'm living right now. Added sweet corn and brocoli side dish which complemented the main course.

An easy and delicious meal served with fresh mixed veg, going to try it with potato cakes instead of sweet potato next time.

I made this meal tonight and was very impressed! I thought it had lovely flavours and the sweet potato really complimented it. The only thing I changed was to replace the olives with chopped dates. I don't like olives and found that the dates added extra sweetness.
