A quick and easy steak sandwich for saturday nights served with fries

  • 2 Good quality frying steaks
  • 1/2 bottle of red wine
  • ciabbata loaf mix
  • Dolceletti Cheese
  • Mushrooms
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


    1. Prepare your Ciabbata loaf and leave to rest
    2. Heat the olive oil in the frying pan and added the steak and brown on both sides
    3. Add the red wine and mushrooms and bring to the boil and reduce wine by 3/4's
    4. Add the Dolceletti Cheese and allow to melt. Once the Cheese has melted allow to rest
    5. Cook the Ciabbata loaf according to the packet instructions
    6. Once the loafs are done, reheat the steak slightly and serve with the Ciabbatta and serve with french fries and salad
