Beef and Bean Crumble

Ingredients
- 1 lb minced beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 pt beef stock
- 5 oz can tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 15 oz can baked beans
- Crumble topping
- 3 oz oats
- 1 oz plain flour
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 oz cheese
- 1 1/2 oz marg/butter
Method
- STEP 1Heat oven to 200.
- STEP 2Heat olive oil in pan add onion and carrot. Fry gently for 5 mins.
- STEP 3Add minced beef and fry for 3-4 mins.
- STEP 4Add stock with tomato puree, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for ten minutes. Stirring occasionally.
- STEP 5Make crumble
- STEP 6Mix oats with flour, oregano and greated cheese. Stir in melted butter.
- STEP 7Stir baked beans into beef and transfer to dish.
- STEP 8Sprinkle cumble on top, bake for 30 mins.
