  • Onion
  • Leek
  • Courgette
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • White beans
  • Peas

Pistou:

  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan
  • Basil
  • Olive oil

Method

  • STEP 1
    Put all the vegetables cut in chunks in a pot and add water - cook
  • STEP 2
    The white beans should be cooked beforehand in water with a bouquet garni.
  • STEP 3
    Add tot the soup.
  • STEP 4
    Prepare the pistou by foodprocessing the tomatoes, garlic, parmesan, basil and olive oil.
  • STEP 5
    Add the pistou just before serving.
