Bland - needs more flavour - more chilli, perhaps some ginger & garlic - we added soy sauce and thai sweet chilli dipping sauce to try to get some flavour into this recipe.

Read other comments about being too dry so used 3 tbsp of oyster sauce and 3 tbsp of soy sauce which seemed to be just the right amount of sauce. Added lots of veg for goodness and was really delicious!

This wasn't to our liking, it didn't have any one distinctive flavour maybe the oyster sauce fancied a night off but it simply wasn't flavoursome enough. I will not be doing this again without some significant additions!

This dish is very tasty no doubt and very quick and easy to make but I found it all rather one dimensional, maybes the addition of some mushroom, a few cashews and some spring onions and peppers would make it a bit more interesting, all in all though a nice tasting quick dinner.
