  1. Heat oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5. Grease a 1.2 litre baking dish with the olive oil.

I don't know what some people did (or didn't do) to make this dish bland. Did they miss out some of the ingredients or seasoning? Mine was delicious and I shall definitely make it again.

This was a hit in our family, especially my 7yo. Only change I'd make is making double as it was quite thin/shallow in the baking dish once cooked - not like the picture at all. But very tasty, not bland at all. We always use organic veg so maybe that's the difference?!

A delicious base for putting in whatever herbs or spices take your fancy. Once seasoned appropriately, it's tasty as well as nutritious. Thumbs up from me!

Don't bother with this recipe....it's absolutely awful! It lacked flavour and the egg mixture just solidified around the vegeatables and pasta but did not really make a frittata as such. I couldn't eat it and had to make myself a microwave jacket potato instead. Having said that, the dog loved it!

I made this dish last night as a quick dinner. It wasn't until I had put it in the oven, I decided to read the reviews. I was a little worried it wouldn't be nice as most comments said very bland. To my surprise my family really enjoyed it, I had added a little salt, pepper and cumin pepper to my sauce. I also made home made garlic bread which made it even better :)

I made this dish last week, and the only change I made was to cook the pasta in chicken broth. Our family determined this meal was very, very bland. And we're not going to be making this again.

I added some cherry tomatoes and a chopped chilli. In retrospect, I should have left the seeds in the chilli, because it didn't add any heat. I agree that the dish is a little bland, but I think more layers of flavour could be added by including ingredients such as garlic, pesto, olives or Harissa, for example. The recipe is a good basis for whatever you fancy. As far as quantities go, mine served three with a green salad, one cold for lunch the next day and canapés for two with olives and drinks in the evening. A good, flexible dish.

Not very impressed. Taste-wise a bit bland. Don't think I'll make it again.

This was tasty but not really a frittata! If you're thinking of a quick pasta dish this is a good one to use.

It definitely needs a little something extra otherwise its very bland, but I think with some tweaking it can be an awesome meal!
