A great and easy recipe for family and friends

  • 3 pounds boneless semi cooked chicken thighs
  • 1 cup of chopped celery
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 tbsp finely minced onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 9 ounces sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • Crushed potato crisps
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Minuture tomatoes to taste


    1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
    2. Mix chicken with remaining ingredients, except potato crisps and paprika
    3. Pour mixture into greased casserole dish and top with potato crisps and a sprinkle of paprika
    4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or 160 for fan oven. .
    5. This freezes well before or after cooking, enjoy
