Ingredients
- 4 carrots
- 4 celery sticks
- 1 kg diced skirt of beef or simalar cut
- 2-4 pts of water
- 2 oxo cubes
- 1 handfull of Risoni ( tiny pasta shapes) or any small dried pasta
- 3-4 potatos
- 3 tbsp tomato puree
- salt and pepper
Method
- STEP 1place diced carrot and celary and beef into a pressure cooker and enough water to cover, cook for approx 30 mins or untill beef and veg is cooked
- STEP 2add remaining water and tomato puree and peeled and halved potatos and simmer untill potatos are cooked
