A fresh zesty pasta perfect for a lunch or dinner, any time of the year.

  • 450g Tagliatelle pasta
  • 75g Grated Parmesan
  • 50g Wild Rocket
  • 2 Uwaxed lemons
  • 4tbsp Olive Oil


    1. Mix together the zest, juice and oil in a large pasta serving bowl.
    2. Cook the tagliatelle according to the packet instructions, drain and add to the serving bowl.
    3. Season, add the cheese and toss together to coat in the dressing. Top with rocket or to add a personal touch add some grilled chicken or olives.
