Ingredients

  • 450g Tagliatelle pasta
  • 75g Grated Parmesan
  • 50g Wild Rocket
  • 2 Uwaxed lemons
  • 4tbsp Olive Oil

Method

  • STEP 1
    Mix together the zest, juice and oil in a large pasta serving bowl.
  • STEP 2
    Cook the tagliatelle according to the packet instructions, drain and add to the serving bowl.
  • STEP 3
    Season, add the cheese and toss together to coat in the dressing. Top with rocket or to add a personal touch add some grilled chicken or olives.
