Ingredients
- 80g butter
- 80g soft brown or golden caster sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 150g rolled oats
- 80-100g mixed seeds and dried fruit
- (I use rasins, chopped apricots and sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds)
- 20cm brownie tin
Method
- STEP 1grease and line the tin and preheat oven to 180C/gas 4
- STEP 2melt the butter, sugar and honey in a pan over a low heat until combined
- STEP 3remove from the heat and stir in the oats and seeds/fruit
- STEP 4press into the prepared tin and bake for around 20-25 minutes until golden on top
- STEP 5allow to cool and cut into slices
