Olive and Tuna Linguine

A quick and easy mid-week meal. Perfect for when you are in a rush for something to eat.

  • 1 x 200g tin of tuna, drained
  • 200g can chopped tomatoes
  • 50g black olives, pitted
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g dried linguine


    1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
    2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan. Slice the olives and add to the pan.
    3. Add the chopped tomatoes and oregano. Simmer for 20 minutes.
    4. Break the tuna into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
    5. Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce.
