Isabella Keeling - Deputy Health Editor

She’s responsible for looking after all health content for Good Food and olive, including the bi-monthly Health Edit. She believes health is about balance, which is why you’ll either find her eating a kale salad or a whole batch of salted caramel brownies.

Tracey Raye - Registered Nutritionist

Tracey, MSc, is a registered nutritionist, holding a Master’s degree in Personalised Nutrition, as well as further degree qualifications in Psychology and Philosophy. She is passionate about harnessing the power of all thing’s health and wellbeing – in a way that enhances, rather than limits our lives. Tracey is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM), British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Kerry Torrens - Nutritionist

Nutritionist Kerry Torrens Bsc (Hons) PgCert MBANT is a registered nutritionist with a postgraduate diploma in Personalised Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy. She is a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and a member of the Guild of Food Writers. Over the last 15 years she has been a contributing author to a number of nutritional and cookery publications, including Good Food and olive magazines. She has also hosted nutrition and health sessions at Good Food Shows and been an expert speaker on various food- and health-related BBC radio programmes. Kerry divides her time between analysing recipes for nutritional content and advising chefs and recipe developers, as well as writing and editing food, cookery and health titles for both print and digital media. She has worked with a number of the top chefs, major food manufacturers and supermarkets. When not working, Kerry spends much of her time in the West Country. Jo Williams - Registered Nutritionist

Jo is a registered nutritionist (RNutr) with the Association for Nutrition with a specialism in public health. Since graduating from the University of Westminster in 2010, Jo has worked in a variety of public and private contexts, delivering weight management programmes, community cookery projects, and corporate wellness packages. Alongside trying to grow more of her own fruit and veg at her allotment, Jo works as a Nutritionist and Health Coach for Second Nature. She has contributed articles to a number of nutrition websites, including Good Food.

Katy Bradbury - Nutritional Therapist

Katy is a nutritional therapist, as well as a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience. She specialises in women’s health including hormones, fertility and pregnancy, as well as menopause and disordered eating. She worked in the NHS for many years and now focuses on her private practice, clinical mentorship and supervising nutritional therapy students at University of West London. She holds a diploma in naturopathy and nutrition, a degree in anthropology, and postgraduate degrees in medical anthropology, adult nursing, and specialist community public health nursing, and is licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Fiona Hunter - Nutritionist

Fiona Hunter, Bsc (Hons) Nutrition, PG Dip Dietetics, is a highly experienced nutritionist, having worked in the NHS and now as an independent nutrition consultant. She spent 10 years as Good Housekeeping magazine’s nutritionist, with her work also appearing in The Times, The Telegraph, The Mail, Good Food, The Spectator and National Geographic Food. An accomplished author, she has written over 20 books and collaborated on books with many celebrities and chefs including the Hairy Bikers. Fiona is a member of The Guild of Food Writers, and says her primary goal is to provide honest, unbiased opinions and advice on nutrition, designed to help people translate complicated – and sometimes confusing – messages into meals that they and their families can enjoy.

Emer Delaney - Dietitian

Emer is a specialist dietitian who combines her love of food and science to help increase people’s awareness of a healthy lifestyle. An expert in IBS, weight loss and women’s health, she brings energy and passion to her profession and enjoys bringing the science of nutrition to life. In ebook IBS? Nicola Shubrook - Registered Nutritionist

Nicola Shubrook is a registered nutritionist with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner at the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFMCP). Nicola has also completed her training as a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders with the National Centre for Eating Disorders, and is a member of BANT's Professional Practice Panel which helps to support other nutritionists in their professional practice and ensure they practice safely and ethically. With over 15 years experience, Nicola runs her own online clinic, Urban Wellness (www.urbanwellness.co.uk), specialising in mental health and eating disorders, as well as writing health features and articles on the health benefits of specific foods, or the role that diet can play in our health towards certain conditions including anxiety, depression, stress and digestive health. Nicola also works with chefs and book publishers to create nutritional health content, and runs corporate mental health programmes. Nicola loves to cook, as well as go on long walks. Kimberley Wilson - Chartered Psychologist

Kimberley Wilson is a chartered psychologist and visiting lecturer working in private practice in central London. She is a former Governor of the Tavistock & Portman NHS Mental Health Trust and the former Chair of the British Psychological Society's Training Committee in Counselling Psychology. She previously led the therapy service at HMP & YOI Holloway, which at the time was Europe’s largest women’s prison (closed summer 2016). She is the author of two books: "How to build a healthy brain: reduce stress, anxiety and depression and future-proof your brain", and "Unprocessed: how the food we eat is fuelling our mental health crisis". Kimberley is the host of two podcasts: "Stronger Minds" and Audible Original podcast "Hack Your Body, Heal Your Mind". She also co-hosts BBC Radio 4’s "Made of Stronger Stuff".

Tracey Lattimore - Former Editor of Women's Health Magazine

Tracey Lattimore is an award-winning journalist, specialising in women’s health, fitness, nutrition and parenting. Former editor of Women’s Health magazine, she has written for a wealth of top publications including Marie Claire, The Times, The Sun, The Mirror, Zest, Healthy, Health & Fitness, Waitrose Weekend, Prima Baby and Pregnancy, Baby & You, as well as editing and managing a wealth of newsstand titles. She’s a real advocate of complementary therapies, and believes in the power of natural health in tandem with conventional medicine. Tracey lives in Cambridge, where home-cooked food and family time come first. In her spare time she enjoys botanical illustration, photography and spending time outdoors – preferably by the sea – and has recently taken up horse riding.

Dr Frankie Phillips - Public Health Nutritionist
