How to make a Christmas rum & raisin freakshake:
- In a blender, blitz together 3 scoops rum & raisin ice cream, 25ml spiced rum, 250ml milk and half of 50g salted caramel sauce (keep some from drizzling).
- Drizzle more salted caramel sauce generously inside and over the glass, then fill the glass with the milkshake.
- Lay 1 chocolate honeycomb bar across the glass (we used Crunchie) and very gently push 1 mini mince pie down onto the rim alongside it. Top with a generous squirt of cream and pop in a festive straw.
- Hang 1 candy cane off the rim, drizzle over even more caramel sauce and nestle 2 chocolate coins into the cream. Finally, crumble over a chocolate hazelnut truffle (we used Ferrero Rocher).
