Ingredients
Cupcake Mix
- 90g Castar Sugar
- 90g Self Raising Flower
- 90g Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Escence
- 2 Medium Eggs
Icing
- 90g Castar Sugar
- 90g Self Raising Flower
- 90g Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Escence
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 250g Icing Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Escence
- Edible Flowers

Method
- STEP 1Turn oven on to 170 degrees or gass mark 5.
- STEP 2Mix the flour, sugar, butter and vanilla essence into a bowl.
- STEP 3Add the eggs to the mix.
- STEP 4Once mixed, pour mixture into cake tins.
- STEP 5Put in the oven for 15-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- STEP 6Once the cakes are ready, take them out of the oven. Pipe the icing onto the cupcakes and add the flowers.
