Cupcake Mix

  • 90g Castar Sugar
  • 90g Self Raising Flower
  • 90g Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Escence
  • 2 Medium Eggs

Icing

  • 90g Castar Sugar
  • 90g Self Raising Flower
  • 90g Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Escence
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 250g Icing Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Escence
  • Edible Flowers
  • Edible Flowers

Method

  • STEP 1
    Turn oven on to 170 degrees or gass mark 5.
  • STEP 2
    Mix the flour, sugar, butter and vanilla essence into a bowl.
  • STEP 3
    Add the eggs to the mix.
  • STEP 4
    Once mixed, pour mixture into cake tins.
  • STEP 5
    Put in the oven for 15-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  • STEP 6
    Once the cakes are ready, take them out of the oven. Pipe the icing onto the cupcakes and add the flowers.
