- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp onion powder
Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp dried marjoram
Method
- STEP 1Instructions for Italian seasoning: In a food processor, combine basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and marjoram. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is achieved.
- STEP 2Instructions for Cajun seasoning: In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Or, combine in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake to combine. Store covered at room temperature.
