Ingredients

  • Chicken cut in chunk cubes
  • 1 tablespoon salt and teaspoon of MSG or monosodium glutamate
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Tomato paste and 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil for sautee'

  • Chicken cut in chunk cubes

  • 2 pieces tomatoes cut in thin slices
  • 3 zucchinis cut in cubes
  • 2 carrots cut in cubes
  • 2 eggplants in lengthwise cut
  • Red & green bell pepper, onion and garlic

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cut Chicken parts into chunk cubes preferably thigh parts, breast and legs. Sautee Chicken with onion, tomato slices and garlic then wait until chicken becomes brown and tender. Add seasonings such as salt, msg, cinnamon powder, black pepper and add tomato paste. Stir for few seconds and add pasta. Put moderate amount of water to cook the pasta and cover the pan for few minutes. When the water starts to boil, add the vegetables and wait until the pasta absorbed the water. Stir occasionally until the pasta and vegetables are cooked. Serve hot.
