In a food processor or high speed blender mix-mash the Banana Base to a fine blend.

Blend the ingredients of each fruit, and make into small round cookies on a teflex sheet. You can do this using a spatula or your fingers.

Dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) 3-4 hours, until dry to pass to stainless steel or mash sheet. Then continue dehydrating 3-4 hours, or until dry.

Make Date Jam by blending Date Jam ingredients until smooth

Mix in between each 2 cookies, some Date Jam and coat with coconut flakes.
