- STEP 1
Put 1 1/2lb apples, blackberries or other mixtures of fruit. Washed peeled and sliced in bottom of microwave safe crumble dish. Sprinkle on 4oz granulated sugar and 2 tbsp+water. Cook for 7mins on high.
- STEP 2
Put flour in mixing bowl with oats, caster sugar and ground ginger. Add butter/marg and rub in till it resembles. Bread crumbs.
- STEP 3
Add crumble on top of fruit and place in pre heated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas 4 for 30-40 mins until golden brown.
