Mum's chocolate biscuit cake

Ingredients

  • 400g of chocolate (base)
  • 115g of butter
  • Tin of condensed milk
  • Raisins
  • About 200g of digestives S
  • Marsh mellows
  • Maltesers
  • Bounty/mars/snickers/revels

Topping

  • 400g of chocolate (base)
  • 115g of butter
  • Tin of condensed milk
  • Raisins
  • About 200g of digestives S
  • Marsh mellows
  • Maltesers
  • Bounty/mars/snickers/revels
  • 400g of chocolate (top)
  • White and/or dark chocolate

Method

  • STEP 1
    Line tin with cling film
  • STEP 2
    Melt 400g of chocolate for the base over hot water
  • STEP 3
    Add 115g of butter and condensed milk and melt until all mixed well
  • STEP 4
    Add your raisins (I use about 120g)
  • STEP 5
    Roughly break biscuits and add to chocolate/raisin mixture
  • STEP 6
    Press in tin and add mini marshmallows and maltesers and press into tin, then fridge.
  • STEP 7
    Then, for the top melt another 400g of chocolate over hot water and spread over top. If you want, melt around 100g of dark and/or white chop and swirl on top!!
