Packed with fresh green ingredients and brimming with all the good stuff you body needs.
- 1 handful of spinach or kale
- 1/2 of a cucumber
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 handful of pinapple or mango (optional to sweeten)
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- 1/2 lemon or lime
- 1 chunk of ginger peeled (about half of your thumb)
- STEP 1put all of the ingredients into a blender and wizz until smooth.
