Ingredients

  • 1 handful of spinach or kale
  • 1/2 of a cucumber
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 handful of pinapple or mango (optional to sweeten)
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 handful of mint leaves
  • 1/2 lemon or lime
  • 1 chunk of ginger peeled (about half of your thumb)

Method

  • STEP 1
    put all of the ingredients into a blender and wizz until smooth.
