sticky pork with spring onions

- 4 pork steaks
- bunch of spring onions
- 2tbsp rice wine or dry sherry
- 6 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 4tsp light muscavado sugar
Method
step 1
put the marinade ingredients in a freezer bag with the pork shake to coat and leave for at least an hourstep 2
heat grill to medium put pork steaks in pan cook for about 8 minutes until sticky and glazed, turning over halfway through and spoon marinade on every so often once the meat is cooked remove from a pan and leave on plate to rest put remaining marinade in a pan and boil until syrupy slice the pork, spoon over reduced marinate and scatter spring onions
