  • 150g short pasta
  • 125g trimmed green beans
  • 125g tomatoes
  • 100g brie
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • juice 1/2 lemon
  • tbsp olive oil


  1. cook pasta halfway through cooking add green beans in another pan cook onion chop tomatoes and cheese and mix with garlic, lemon and oil, season drain pasta, add onion and veg and mix until cheese starts melting
