Ingredients

  • 1 kg Rhubarb
  • 300 gr sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 vanilla pods

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cut rhubarb into 3 cm chunks
  • STEP 2
    Put rhubarb, sugar, and vanilla pods into a frying at low heat. When sugar dissolves, add lemon juice and put at higher heat for about 10 min.
