Ingredients
- 1 kg Rhubarb
- 300 gr sugar
- 1 lemon
- 2 vanilla pods
Method
- STEP 1Cut rhubarb into 3 cm chunks
- STEP 2Put rhubarb, sugar, and vanilla pods into a frying at low heat. When sugar dissolves, add lemon juice and put at higher heat for about 10 min.
