Vegan and IBS friendly, or can be made with normally dairy products.
- Coco powder
- Milk (I used almond)
- Ice cream (I used soy)
- STEP 1Add three teaspoons of Coco powder and two of sugar to a mug. Add enough boiling water to cover it and mix.
- STEP 2Transfer into class. Fill 3/4 with milk of choice. Let sit in the fridge for 20 mins or so.
- STEP 3Top with scoops of ice cream. Stir and enjoy!
