  • 8 chicken breast
  • 4 tbsp olive oli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 oz butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 teasppoon ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp tom puree
  • 2 tbsp soft brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 oz plum jam
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • dash lea and perrins
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 6 fresh plums 1/4 d

    Method

    • step 1

      brown chicken then remove and sautee onion. add everything else less plums and simmer 15 minutes
    • step 2

      lay chicken out in dish and cover with sauce scatter plum quarters bake in oven 180 for approx 45 mins
