Method

    Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Break the chocolate into a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir regularly until the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat, then stir in most of the mixed nuts, M&M'S® Minis and Maltesers®.

    Carefully spoon out 12 clusters of the mixture onto the lined tray and top with the remaining nuts, M&M'S® Minis and Maltesers®. Transfer to the fridge and chill for at least 1 hr until set. Store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to a week.

My kids were not keen on using mixed nuts (more of a grown up treat) so we used broken up digestive biscuits and marshmallows.
