Ingredients

  • 60ml dark rum
  • 2 tbsp honey syrup, (see tip below)
  • 2 tsp coffee liqueur
  • 1 tbsp dry sherry
  • 6 dashes chocolate bitters
  • agave salt, (sal de gusano) to serve (optional)

Method

  • STEP 1

    Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then pour over into chilled coupe or martini cocktail glass, garnished with agave salt if you like.

Make honey syrup by mixing 1 tbsp honey with 1 tbsp boiling water, mix well and leave to cool before using.
