- juice 1 lime

- 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Method
step 1
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix into a sauce. Add seasoning, then pour into a serving bowl.

I’ve just made this and it turned out very runny. What can I do to thicken it?

PS - for a thicker version next time you can add less vinegar and less lime juice.

We love this, we have it with steak and usually add extra chilli.

This turned out way too thin and runny. I would suggest 1tsp of vinegar and limejuice each.

Please try this - I used low fat mayonnaise and grated some of the zest from the lime also used green chillies. It is absolutely delicious goes with anything, everybody loved it.
