A mayonnaise-based Brazilian dip with coriander, jalapeños, spring onions, garlic and cumin. Blitz it up and serve on a barbecue spread

- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- juice 1 lime
- pinch of cumin
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
