So tasty and juicy. The whole family devoured them!! Will definitely be making them more often. The lean mince make them even better! And healthy!

You don't use lean mince for a burger. Needs to be 20-30% fat.

Yummy scrummy! We put a bit of bacon on as well and grilled the outside of the bun lisghtly as well as melted some cheese onto the top half of the bun - so delicious!

Tried this out for a tea with potato wedges and salad. Tasted really nice but I added in salt and pepper for more flavour. I mixed mine in a food processor rather than in a bowl which was easier for me :) Very good recipe and I recommend!

You can really taste that its a 'healthy alternative'. Fine for grown ups, but not so much for the kids.

Mark Recipe Ive noticed there is no info on the Salsa also. Ive had a look at this site and found a recipe called 'Dead Good Salsa' ok its not the same as the one in the pic, but i think it would work ok, and you most probably would have the ingredients in your store cupboard. Hope thats of help.

Nice burger recipe but there's no details of how to make the tomato salsa! It says in the ingredients list to use tomato sauce....

Yummy! Great for kids and adults served with home made sweet potatoe chips. Would make up more next time and freeze.
