• 12 rich tea biscuits
  • 6 thin squares milk chocolate
  • 6 marshmallows, mixture of pink and white

  • STEP 1

Lay out 6 strips of foil. Pop a biscuit on each, then top with a square of chocolate and a marshmallow. Sandwich with another biscuit, then wrap up tightly in the foil.

  • STEP 2

Put the parcels onto a hot BBQ and cook for 3-4 mins on each side, so that the chocolate and marshmallow are just beginning to melt. Use tongs to turn the parcels.

  • STEP 3

Remove from the BBQ and leave to cool slightly, before carefully unwrapping. If you like, you can stack up the biscuit sandwiches to serve.

Recipe tips

Pop these on the barbecue once you’ve cooked your meat. The coals will still be hot enough to melt the chocolate and marshmallows.

Use digestives or even gingernuts instead of digestives. Or, switch up the chocolate to a flavoured one.
