  • 4 medium sized mushrooms, peeled and chopped,
  • Half an Onion, diced,
  • 4/5 rashers of bacon,
  • 1 tray of Chicken Goujons,
  • 1 jar of creamy tomato sauce,
  • 1 jar of white (lasagne) sauce,
  • Grated cheese (optional topping),

    5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. TO SERVE : Heat in middle of oven Gas No. 5 for approx 20 mins or when cheese starts to brown. Serve with side salad and garlic bread.

Love this, it's a staple recipe in my house though I also add courgettes. N.b. I beleive it's been added as a quick and easy template recipe, so you can add the goodies ready meals leave out, I say ignore these comments, they obviously don't have much culinary creativity. Highly recommend.

Totally agree MBurgin! What place does this "Dolmio" junk have on a cooking website?! Bewildered! If you can't make a creamy tomato sauce or a basic roux you should be looking here for the tips how too, not go to the shops and buy gloop in a jar! Shame on you GF!

Rubbish recipe. Of course it's easy to make - the main ingredients are all shop-bought sauces. You may as well just buy a ready meal and have done with it.

Very tasty. I made this for a tennis club supper (for 8 hungry ladies - I doubled the quantities), served it with garlic bread and salad and they enjoyed it. For a bit of extra 'greenery' I added two chopped courgettes to the onions and mushrooms. I will definitely be making it again!

Very easy dish to make , however the bought jar of tomato sauce makes it taste a bit on the plastic side ! !.........I made my own white sauce which helped save the day.........so a suggestion for home made tomato sauce would be great.
