Ingredients
- 1 tin crushed toms
- small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- pinch chilli flakes
- 2 tsps tom puree
- half tsp basil
- chicken stock cube
- half cup hot water
- 2 chicken breats choped into small cubes
- salt pepper to taste
- 4oz penne pasta
- topping
- 2oz butter
- 2oz plain flour
- half pint milk
- 4oz cheese
Method
- STEP 1chop chicken and cook for 10mins and fry onion together then add garlic
- STEP 2then combine all your ingredients mix all together and the pour over chicken mix and cook for 10mins till thickened
- STEP 3cook 4oz penne pasta just aldante drain and put under cold water to stop cooking
- STEP 4when sauce is ready add pasta put into baking dish
- STEP 5for the top melt butter add flour and cook for 1 min
- STEP 6add milk to thicken add cheese and pour over pasta
- STEP 7add more cheese on top and bake on 200c for 20mins
