Ingredients

  • 1 tin crushed toms
  • small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • pinch chilli flakes
  • 2 tsps tom puree
  • half tsp basil
  • chicken stock cube
  • half cup hot water
  • 2 chicken breats choped into small cubes
  • salt pepper to taste
  • 4oz penne pasta
  • topping
  • 2oz butter
  • 2oz plain flour
  • half pint milk
  • 4oz cheese

Method

  • STEP 1
    chop chicken and cook for 10mins and fry onion together then add garlic
  • STEP 2
    then combine all your ingredients mix all together and the pour over chicken mix and cook for 10mins till thickened
  • STEP 3
    cook 4oz penne pasta just aldante drain and put under cold water to stop cooking
  • STEP 4
    when sauce is ready add pasta put into baking dish
  • STEP 5
    for the top melt butter add flour and cook for 1 min
  • STEP 6
    add milk to thicken add cheese and pour over pasta
  • STEP 7
    add more cheese on top and bake on 200c for 20mins
