Ingredients

  • egg whites
  • 180 g
  • sugar
  • 2
  • teaspoons vanilla
  • 1
  • teaspoon almond essence
  • 1
  • cup desiccated coconut

Method

    1. Preheat oven 150 degrees C
    2. Beat egg whites and sugar on high speed and electric mixer.about 5 minutes
    3. Add vanilla and almond essence,beat well.
    4. Mix desiccated coconut.
    5. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    6. Cool and serve
