Chicken marinated with low fat yoghurt great with chicken breasts or quarters

  • 4 breast of chicken or quarters
  • 1 pot low fat or fat free yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of;
  • Curry Powder
  • Ground Coriander
  • Ground Cumin
  • Garam Masala
  • Paprika
  • Turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to season


    1. Remove skin from chicken
    2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl
    3. Place chicken in a large flat pyrex dish
    4. Cover chicken in marinade
    5. Cover and marinade in fridge for 4 to 24 hours
    6. Cook in oven gas mark 6/200c for an hour
    7. Serve with whatever you like such as rice, salad, veg curry
