Ingredients
- FISH FRY
- 4 Cups Of Cooked Rice
- 2 Pounds Of ANY Fresh Fish Fillets
- 4 Spring Onions
- 7 Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 Courgettes
- 0.24 Cup Of Lemon Juice
- HARRY'S SECRET SAUCE
- 1 Can Of Chicken Broth
- 0.5 Cup Of Dry White Wine
- 0.24 Cup Of Cornflour, Mixed With 0.24 Cup Of Cold Water
- 2 tbsp Of Grated Swiss Cheese
- 2 tbsp Of Grated Parmesan
Method
- STEP 1In a medium sauce pan heat the chicken broth and wine over a high heat, stir in half of the cornflour mixture. While continuing to stir until thickened, reduce heat and add cheese.
- STEP 2Add all other ingredients, cook for 10mins and serve.
