  1. Heat oven to 220c/fan 200c/gas 6. Tip the potato wedges onto a large baking sheet, ensuring they sit in a single layer. Bake for 10 mins. Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise, shallot or onion, cheese, tuna and parsley.

  2. Tip the potato wedges into four individual or one large heatproof serving dish and spoon over the tuna mixture. Pop back in the oven for a further 12 mins, until bubbling.

Hi i made this last night and everyone loved it. I ran out of mayonaise so i used ranch salad dressing instead, it worked really well cause of the herbs and garlic in it.

A firm family favourite - simple one dish food after a long day at work! Tried it with and without sweetcorn which both work well. Will try adding mustard next time after reading the comments.

Really tasty! Tried this with enough for one, was worried it would be soggy but actually will make it with more sauce next time! Try it'll surprise you.

Really easy to make and tasty. I tried using frozen potato chips rather than wedges once and it didn't work at all for some reason! It can't be good for us but this is so nice and simple, we have it regularly!

Substituted some of the mayo for low fat sour cream, simple but delicious, added an onion too....

Amazing! The whole family loved this one! So easy to make, added some spices to the wedges and it was lovely! Gave the whole thing some extra zing! Will definitely make again, so quick and easy!

Lovely dish! Very easy to make + tastes delicious. It's good to serve with some vegetables.

I didn't have any tuna in the cupboard so used tinned salmon instead. It was ok but the flavour of the salmon wasn't quite right, i think it would definately be nicer with tuna and maybe some grated cheese sprinkled over the top. I also made my own potato wedges which were cheaper and probably tastier than the frozen variety.

Just tried this for the first time tonight, and will definitely make again. I sprinkled Japanese panko breadcrumbs on top, to give it a bit of crunch, along with a bit of extra cheese. Next time I think I will lightly cook the shallots first though.
