Ingredients

  • ÃÂý Lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 rashers smoked dry-cured bacon, finely chopped.
  • 100g peeled and cooked prawns
  • 50g sliced mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • STEP 1
    Prepare and gather the ingredients
  • STEP 2
    Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
  • STEP 3
    Add the bacon and garlic and fry for 1 min.
  • STEP 4
    Add the prawns, mushrooms, salt and pepper (to taste) and lemon juice and cook for 2 - 3 min.
  • STEP 5
    Serve with other tapas dishes and fresh Mediterranean bread.
