Prawns 'n' Bacon

Ingredients
- ÃÂý Lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 rashers smoked dry-cured bacon, finely chopped.
- 100g peeled and cooked prawns
- 50g sliced mushrooms
- Olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- STEP 1Prepare and gather the ingredients
- STEP 2Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
- STEP 3Add the bacon and garlic and fry for 1 min.
- STEP 4Add the prawns, mushrooms, salt and pepper (to taste) and lemon juice and cook for 2 - 3 min.
- STEP 5Serve with other tapas dishes and fresh Mediterranean bread.
