  • Sauce:
  • 150 g fromage frais
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • sea salt
  • freshly black pepper
  • Filling:
  • 2 finely chopped boiled eggs
  • 6 slices of finely chopped beets
  • 2 tbsp chopped capers
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 chopped red onion


    Put the sauce ingredients in a pan. Add the filling ingredients and mix them all together. Now you have a Russian salad.
