Ingredients
Sauce:
- 150 g fromage frais
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- sea salt
- freshly black pepper
Filling:
- 2 finely chopped boiled eggs
- 6 slices of finely chopped beets
- 2 tbsp chopped capers
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 chopped red onion
Method
- STEP 1Put the sauce ingredients in a pan. Add the filling ingredients and mix them all together. Now you have a Russian salad.
