a perfect and easy cake recipe that is simple yet elagant

Ingredients

  • 200g brown dark or light surger
  • 200g butter
  • 200g self raising flour
  • 1 0r 2 m sized eggs
  • and any thing you desire for example:
  • raisons
  • nuts
  • cherrys
  • ect

Method

    1. mix the surger and butter in a bowl for about 10 mins
    2. add the egg mix for 5 mins (it might looked curdled but its fine)
    3. add what ever you desire
    4. get a cooking tray and grease it or use backing paper
    5. cook for 50 mins cheack with nife if clean it done leave to cool for 16 mins in tray then remove and wait further 40 mins to cool stone cold
