A very yummy tray bake. Very easy to make. I added some melted milk chocolate to the top, then swirled some melted white chocolate on top of that and it actually looked really nice. Went down very well at a party this weekend. :)

A lovely yummy dessert and friends asked for the recipe when shared at school. Must be good then!

Yes this seemed to go down very well when made for school fair recently. Substituted just less than a third of butter for coconut oil. Topped with a thin layer of chocolate as it didn't look as appetizing without. Wasn't sure if would be enough to fill 30cm×17cm approx foil tray so increased recipe by half again and glad I did as it gave a good thickness - and had a little left over to get expert opinion from resident choc fiend (teenage daughter) who quality assured it!

My 14 year old daughter made this in about 5 minutes, simplest thing she's ever made and absolutely loved it - very tasty, great for the kids to make to introduce them to baking - shall definitely make it again.

Hi, I used a 7x12 tray, but have made it with a smaller tray previously, just means the traybake is thicker.

Could you let me know what size tray you used?

I made in a 20 cm square tin and topped with 200g of white chocolate as 100g definitely not enough to cover. I also saved some maltesers, cut them in half and decorated each square with half Malteser
