Chicken breast filled with chilli Philli coated in crispy spicy breadcrumbs accompanied with egg pasta and home made arribiatta sauce

  • 2x chicken breast
  • 2x tblsp philladelphia ( your choice of which one)
  • hot chilli grinder (tesco or morrisons)
  • Bread crumbs homemade ( white or brown your choice)
  • 2x eggs
  • plain flour (only used to coat the chicken prior to the egg )


    1. make a pocket in the chicken breast
    2. mix phillidelphia with chill grinder
    3. fill the pocket with the mixed Chilli Philly
    4. coat in flower then egg then the breadcrumbs, repeat if desired
    5. pan fry to seal for around 2 minutes each side
    6. bake in the oven for 30 minutes
    7. serve with homemade arribiatta sauce and egg noodles
