Ingredients

  • 2oz Light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 4oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2oz White wine vinegar
  • 2Tbsp Soy sauce

Method

  • STEP 1
    Blend the corn flour with a little of the white wine vinegar until you achieve a smooth paste
  • STEP 2
    Blend the remaining vinegar, along with all other ingredients
  • STEP 3
    Microwave on high for 3 minutes (850w)
  • STEP 4
    Pour over your desired meat or vegetarian alternative and serve with rice or noodles as you wish
