So simple to make, made my first batch this morning. Reduced the sugar a little following some of the others advice. Have gone down a treat with my husband and kids.

Quick and easy bake. Had to use a mixture of different chocolate as that was all that was left in cupboard, but turned out really well!

Changed this a bit as don't like glace cherries. I used frozen raspberries and dark chocolate. Used a bit less sugar and also less chocolate. Absolutely delicious, like a really luxuriant Bounty bar!!!

Made this yesterday. Really nice although a little too sweet for my taste, will reduce sugar to 2oz next time and not chop the chocolate quite so small. All in all a really good quick bake.
