Ingredients
- butter,to grease
- 175g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125g soft tub margarine
- 100g light muscovado sugar
- 40g caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (not essence)
- 1 egg
- 125g maltesers,coarsly chopped
Method
- STEP 1Preheat the oven to 190C and grease two baking trays.
- STEP 2Beat all the ingrediants in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- STEP 3Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking trays spaced well apart.
- STEP 4bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- STEP 5transfer to a wire rack and leave to cool.
