Ingredients
- 4oz soft butter (non-salted)
- 6oz golden caster sugar
- 8oz Self raising flour
- 2 large eggs
- 3 large, very ripe banana's
Method
- STEP 1Heat oven to 180 , grease 2lb loaf or cake tin
- STEP 2mash banana's with a fork, until smooth
- STEP 3Cream butter & sugar together and slowly add the eggs
- STEP 4Mix the two bowls of golden mixture together,
- STEP 5fold in the sifted flour, scape into loaf or cake tin
- STEP 6Bake for 40 mins then lower temp to 150 for a further 30 mins
- STEP 7leave to cool and enjoy
