All about our 7-day Summer Plan
Our latest plan is all about healthy eating, which to us means minimising processed foods and enjoying nourishing ingredients in their most natural state. We’ve worked with food writer Sara Buenfeld and nutritional therapist Kerry Torrens to bring you seven days of fresh, good-for-you meals that also taste great. We’ve analysed every recipe and each day’s plan to ensure that you’ll get all the nutrition you need. We’ve included vegetarian alternatives, plus it’s easy to mix and match dishes so you can enjoy the foods you love and avoid the ones you’re not so keen on. Our week’s worth of recipes will leave you glowing, but it’s just an introduction to a healthier, more mindful way of eating – and we’ll give you plenty of tips at the end of the plan.
What are the benefits?
Glowing skin, a flatter stomach and heaps of energy are all side effects of this way of eating, plus you should sleep better and think more clearly. If you continue your healthy eating beyond these seven days, you may also improve your heart health and digestion, and help to balance your hormones.
All the ingredients in our 7-day Summer Diet Plan are wholefoods that involve zero or minimal processing. We’ve included vegetarian options for all dishes and, while we suggest eating the meals on particular days for the most balanced approach, you will still get all the benefits if you want to mix and match.
All the recipes have been designed and analysed by our nutritional therapist to provide the perfect balance of complete proteins, slow-burning carbs, vitamin- and fibre-rich vegetables and salads, while being low in salt and unrefined sugars.
We know diet plans can be time consuming, so we’ve made suggestions for getting ahead and have tried to keep preparation and cooking times to the minimum. We’ve attempted to keep costs down and minimise waste, though there may be the odd occasion where you can get creative with some leftovers.
