Easily transportable and lighter than a typical sandwich, wraps make a quick and convenient lunch or supper. Starting with four large tortillas, we’ve come up with three tasty dinners which you can make in under 30 minutes.

Get three of your 5-a-day with our easy Mexican-style chilli pots. Make this veggie storecupboard dish by lining muffin tins with tortillas and filling them with spicy kidney beans and herby chopped tomatoes. Cook these in the oven for a crispy finish and serve with a fresh green salad.

For fromage fans, our cheat’s pissaladière is a cheese celebration. Topped with melty Gruyère, crunchy onions and anchovy-stuffed olives, this speedy tortilla recipe makes a lighter version of pizza yet still delivers on flavour.
