Get ready to kick off the most wonderful time of the year and experience a fabulous day out this winter. The BBC Good Food Show heads back to Birmingham’s NEC, 28 November – 1 December. See your favourite chefs, including Mary Berry, Nadiya Hussain, Tom Kerridge, Michel Roux Jr and, returning for 2019, the Hairy Bikers and James Martin. Meet your foodie heroes during exclusive book signing sessions, brush up on your skills in an expert masterclass, and enjoy the ultimate shopping experience with the hundreds of producers available at the Show. You'll also have the opportunity to watch live interviews and cookery demos, and you're sure to pick up plenty of seasonal inspiration. We’ve teamed up with the UK’s oldest cheesemonger, Paxton & Whitfield, to host a masterclass on how to create the perfect Christmas cheeseboard – and there are just 24 complimentary places available.
On arrival, you will be greeted with a complimentary glass of wine from Paxton’s own wine range. There will be two one-hour sessions hosted by Danielle Bliss, the manager of Paxton’s flagship London shop. You will learn how to create a perfectly balanced selection of artisan cheeses to savour over the festive period with friends and family.
Danielle will also share her tips for dressing the board, and explain what accompaniments and drinks to serve with the cheeses. You will also have the opportunity to taste the artisan cheeses during the masterclass. There will be some time after the masterclass to browse the shop and make purchases from the cheese counter, too.

Subscriber exclusive: special dinner at Kerridge’s Bar & Grill
Kerridge’s Bar & Grill is Tom’s latest restaurant and his first in London. Set in the beautiful Corinthia Hotel, it opened in September last year to rave reviews. The menu offers a spin on British classics, served in a relaxed brasserie-style setting. You’ll see elements of Tom’s other restaurants throughout the dining room, with fridges stocking meat from his butcher’s pub, The Butcher’s Tap in Marlow, and dishes inspired by his menus at The Coach and The Hand and Flowers.
At our event, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Laurent-Perrier champagne, followed by a drink of your choice, then you’ll sit down to a three-course dinner with paired wines in the private dining room, which also includes a chef’s cooking station, where you can watch the chefs preparing the menu right in front of you. Tom will be hosting the dinner and you’ll have the chance to chat to him and ask your culinary questions.
At the end of the evening, you’ll receive a goody bag to take home worth £40.
